I had the pleasure of working with Martin on a very complex multi-disciplinary project at RAF Marham where he was the Lead Design Manager. The nature of the project required close collaboration between a wide range of consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, client representatives and military personnel. Despite the number of specialisms involved and the challenges of the project, Martin's management skills and in particular his ability to work through complex issues involving a large number of stakeholders, contributed significantly to the project being the major success it was.
